To rent a scooter at Riderlix Marbella, you must have a valid license for the type of scooter you wish to rent. Additionally, you’ll need to present your passport and provide a deposit (by card or cash), which varies depending on the scooter model.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation or refund policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days in advance, we will refund the full amount.
For cancellations made between 15 and 5 days before the rental date, a 50% refund will be issued.
If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the rental, no refund will be provided.
Changing your scooter model after a reservation
If you wish to change the scooter model after making a reservation, please contact us with your preferred model. Our team will offer you alternative options based on availability at the time.
Extension of the rental period
If you want to extend your motorcycle rental, please contact us, and we will provide all the necessary details to extend your rental contract.
If your current model is unavailable beyond your original return date, we will offer you a motorcycle of the same category as a replacement.

Accidents during rental
If you have an accident while renting your scooter, please contact our support team immediately. If necessary, also inform the relevant authorities to receive appropriate assistance.
Our team will handle the removal of the vehicle.
It is very important that you complete the accident report (friendly report) if the incident involves a collision with another vehicle. Additionally, please provide us with as much detailed information as possible about the circumstances of the accident so we can promptly communicate this to the insurance company.
Helmets
A helmet is included free of charge with every motorcycle rental. If you need a second helmet, it is available for an additional cost of €5.

Courtesy Window
We offer a 45-minute courtesy window for returns. After this period, the full daily rate will apply.
One-Way Rentals
At this time, we do not offer scooter rentals with the option to return the vehicle to a different location from where it was picked up.

Riders should always respect local traffic rules and avoid pedestrian zones and sidewalks to comply with city regulations.
Are scooters allowed outside Marbella or throughout the Costa del Sol?
Scooters and motorcycles rented in Marbella have specific distance limits depending on their engine size:
